Every patient will be asked a pre-screening questionnaire over the phone the day before their appointment.
During this phone conversation, our reception team will explain how we are conducting dental appointments during these unprecedented times.
Patients will be asked to arrive at their allocated time and well hydrated.
We kindly ask all patients to brush their teeth and use their own bathroom before coming to the practice. This is to avoid and minimise any possibility of spreading the virus.
Patients will call the reception desk on 01217432503 on arrival and wear a face covering, covering their mouth and nose before entering the practice.
All team members have received training in the correct and safe use of PPE, screens have been fitted at our reception desk and we will continue to maintain the high level of hygiene we have always maintained.
