      Why Choose General Dentistry?

      • Prevent problems: Regular checkups and cleanings help identify and address issues early, before they become more serious.
      • Maintain healthy teeth and gums: Proper care keeps your teeth strong and your gums healthy, reducing the risk of pain, infection, and tooth loss.
      • Address common concerns: We can help with a variety of issues, including sensitive teeth, bleeding gums, bad breath, and teeth grinding.
      • Manage existing conditions: If you have crowns, fillings, or implants, regular dental care is essential for their long-term success.
      • Improve your overall health: Studies show that good oral health is linked to overall health and well-being.

This sensitivity could indicate worn tooth enamel, a cracked tooth, or receding gums.

      Persistent Bad Breath

This could be due to poor oral hygiene, gum disease, dry mouth, or even sinus problems. A metallic taste can also signal underlying issues.

Pain while eating could be caused by a cavity, loose or cracked tooth, gum infection, or even problems with your jaw joint.

      Underlying Medical Conditions

Conditions like diabetes, Sjögren’s syndrome, and even certain medications can impact your oral health and contribute to problems like dry mouth, gum disease, or fungal infections.

      Our General Dentistry Services:

Fillings are a safe and effective way to restore the health and appearance of your teeth. Modern fillings come in tooth-colored materials that blend seamlessly with your natural enamel, so you can smile confidently.

      Root Canals

This procedure removes infected pulp, the innermost layer of your tooth, and relieves pain. Modern techniques and anesthesia ensure a comfortable experience, allowing you to keep your natural tooth and avoid extraction.

Dental crowns act like a protective cap, completely encasing the tooth and restoring its strength and functionality. Crowns are custom-made to match your surrounding teeth, ensuring a natural look while safeguarding your tooth from further damage.

I decided to move from nhs to private treatment as I had a very bad experience where the dentist could not remove my tooth. Dr Feridah has been excellent and really helped calm my nerves. Dr Fereeba did an amazing job and seemed to remove the tooth with ease. All the staff go above and beyond and I would highly recommend this practice.

Started my journey with Manor House dental interested in invisalign. I was swiftly booked by Jaz to have a consultation with Dr Farideh and the rest became history. Fast forward a few months and many regular check ups I have finally been able to CONFIDENTLY smile again. The whole process is guided with expert care and regular milestones are established to ensure treatment is on track. Could not be more impressed or recommending of their services. I was so happy with their care I opted to also have bonding done with them too! Honestly could not fault the team one bit, a big thank you to you all for allowing me to reclaim a smile I can show off to the world!!

I’ve had Farideh as my dentist ever since I have been a child and I have noticed her amazing work ethic as she works so hard to be the best & she certainly is! She does more than what she needs to do to ensure I have the best dental care possible. The receptionists are also extremely helpful and will cater to your needs & wishes. Forever appreciative, thank you so much for everything!

10/10 dental surgery. I’ve been having treatment for around 8-9 months, braces, dental bonding which basically involved dentist totally rebuilding my teeth by hand - a smile makeover for my very damaged misaligned teeth. From my first appointment I was very happy - Dr Arshad is a total professional and incredibly good at what she does, I’m also very anxious and she is so friendly she puts me at ease every time. Her assistant (apologies I can’t remember his name, possibly Amar? Or Amir? Is also fab, they really do work very hard. All the other staff are lovely, Jas & Roobee are so welcoming and accommodating, after all this time I feel at home when I visit. I come from the other side of the city, and I’ll always be a patient. Thanks so much Manor House dental 🙏

Can't fault the surgery In anyway. The front desk, dentist and hygienist are all so lovely and professional, this is coming from someone who has a bit of a fear of dentists and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

      General Dentistry FAQ
It is recommended to visit your dentist for a routine check-up every six months. However, your dentist might suggest more frequent visits based on your oral health needs.
Plaque is a sticky film that shows up on your teeth daily. It's thin and soft, often looking clear, white, or light yellow. On the other hand, tartar is hard and crusty, and it can make your teeth look stained or discoloured.
To prevent cavities and maintain oral health, it's crucial to brush your teeth at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, maintain a balanced diet, limit sugary snacks and drinks, and visit your dentist regularly for check-ups and cleanings.
